We want you to love our spice drops and extracts! If something isn’t right, we’ll make it better.


Eligible Returns

We accept returns only if:

  • You received the wrong product
  • The product was damaged or leaked on arrival
  • The seal was broken or the item was tampered with

Proof required: Please send us clear photos or videos within 48 hours of delivery.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products returned after 48 hours
  • Items without original packaging

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at support@spiceess.com
  2. Mention your Order ID and the issue
  3. Attach clear photos/videos of the product

We’ll review and get back to you within 2 business days.

Your satisfaction is our priority. If a refund is required, we’ll process it smoothly based on our return criteria.


When We Issue Refunds

Refunds will be initiated if:

  • The product was damaged or defective at the time of delivery
  • You received the wrong item
  • The return request was approved and the item is eligible (unused, sealed)


Refund Timeline

  • Once approved, your refund will be processed within 7 working days
  • Refund will be made to your original payment method (e.g. UPI, card, net banking)
  • No cash refunds for COD orders. If accepted, store credit may be offered.


Refund for Non-Returnable Items

If the product is non-returnable (e.g., food-grade items), refund may still be issued without return, in special cases like:

  • Proven damage/leakage
  • Delivery errors


Important Notes

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
  • Partial refunds may apply in case of partial order issues
  • Refund requests after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted

To maintain safety and hygiene, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:


Products that are:

  • Opened, used, or tampered with
  • Returned after 48 hours of delivery
  • Without original packaging or seal
  • Purchased under “Sale” or Discount offers (unless damaged)


Important:

Spice drops and oil extracts are consumable products, and refunds are only granted in special cases like:

  • Wrong item sent
  • Transit damage (must be reported with photo evidence)
